Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days after receiving your order.
In order to help yourself and us, please follow the guidelines below.

  1. Bij je order zit een return form. Kan je het niet vinden? Download het hier
  2. Vul de retour-code in en geef aan welke stijl, kleur en/of maat je graag wilt ontvangen.
  3. Stuur je item met het return form, goed verpakt en met afdoende verzekering naar:

  4. We versturen je nieuwe item zodra we je verstuurde item ontvangen hebben.

  3. Stuur je item met het return form, goed verpakt en met afdoende verzekering naar:

  4. Binnen 30 dagen na het ontvangen van je item storten we het bedrag van je item op de rekening waarmee je het item betaald hebt.

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days after receiving your order.

Voorwaarden voor retourneren

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached, its original packaging and free from any odours or pet hairs. A quick try-on is accepted, a long bike ride through the rain makes us less happy. Try to fold the items as neat as possible - avoid cramming them up as we would like to pass it on to someone else nicely.


Verzendkosten

You are responsible for the costs to return your item. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation, tracking and appropriate insurance. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Teym can not be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.

It's also possible to return your order in our store. Please visit our store within 14 days from the delivery date of your parcel. Please check our opening hours or schedule an appointment via customercare@teym.eu.
